The National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) is a decentralized agency within the Ministry of Health. It is autonomous, with jurisdiction throughout the national territory. GS BIO holds various authorizations.
We are authorized to distribute third-party products across jurisdictions, which we acquire from other companies that import or manufacture the products.
We are also authorized as importers, which allows us to import products from abroad, and finally, we are authorized as manufacturers, so we can manufacture our own products and distribute them throughout the country.

Since its inception, the company has been authorized by the Ministry of Health. This authorization is renewed every five years and allows us to store, market, and distribute our products.
Compliance
The company adheres to a compliance program governed by integrity standards and procedures, a code of conduct, and a compliance manual that details the practices our company supports, upholds, and recommends avoiding in the course of its business operations. It is an ethical standard that guides our employees, managers, and suppliers in their interactions with the market and government authorities.
The main objective of this program is to prevent, detect and address any type of events or behaviors that may eventually lead to any type of non-compliance with current regulations.
