We began the Operational Strengthening Plan, developed by the Operational Coordination and Warehouse area, with a training on Neurosurgical Equipment by Gabriela Torres and Claudia Oviedo, members of our Surgical Instrumentation team, who shared their experience with collaborators from different areas of GS BIO.
The event brought together representatives from Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, and Budgeting—both in person in Córdoba and virtually from our branches across the country.
Sharing knowledge, strengthening processes, and working in an integrated manner allow us to continue growing together and provide better service every day.
