TLIF Interbody Fusion Cell (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)

The TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion) GS BIO interbody cell was designed to correct mechanical deformation of the vertebral disc and restore the height of the intervertebral space. The cell allows the stability of the affected segment until a spinal arthrodesis or interbody fusion is obtained. Its characteristic front area with a wedge profile makes placement easier and its surface texture prevents pull out and guarantees fixation.

Thanks to its mechanism of decision, it is possible to vary its angle of insertion. In addition, the design of its internal cavity gives you the ability to accommodate a large volume of bone filler, which favors the consolidation or arthrodesis. Likewise, their markers offer the possibility of position control using radiological images.

It is indicated for degenerative disc disease and other intervertebral disc disorders. The surgical set consists of dedicated instrumentation and multiple size options to ensure adaptation to each patient's anatomy. It is available in two material options: trabecular titanium and PEEK OPTIMA®. Both materials offer excellent biocompatibility.
