PLUTO Occipito-Cervical Fusion System

The Madison Ortho PLUTO Occipito-Cervical Fusion System is very versatile. Designed to be effective in the treatment of pathologies in the upper thoracic and occipito-cervical spine. The system is composed of laminar cervical hooks that provide excellent fit and fixation in the upper thoracic and subaxial cervical region, polyaxial screws that offer a significant degree of angulation with a very low profile, lateral bar connectors and also contains occipital plates that provide stabilization and promote occipitocervical fusion. Thanks to its double bar connector, the Pluto device can be combined with other thoracolumbar fixation systems.

The compatibility and versatility of its components allow optimal adaptation to each patient's anatomy. It is indicated for the treatment of various cervical spine conditions through a posterior approach, including degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, fractures, and kyphosis.
