RESPONSE™ 4.5/5.0 is the fusion system of lower profile to fit a variety of patients with scoliosis in pediatric. Account with pedicle screws of 4.5 and 5.0 mm, available in configurations uniaxial, poly-axial and reduction, with diameters ranging from 4.0 mm up to 7.0 mm 

The rods are available in chrome-cobalt, titanium, and alloy of transition, allowing a selection intraoperative according to the needs of the patient. The instruments of reduction of rod of a single-step, drive, pressure, simplify the surgical procedure. The towers of reduction ensure complete seating of the rods, reducing the risk of loosening of the fixation screw. 

The system offers multiple alternatives to the derotation of the spine including methods segmental, in memo and rod, differential, facilitating the personalisation of the surgical technique.
